Connecting Through Outlook 365

UTPB Outlook 365 - Email+

After you are registered in classes, UTPB provides you with a student email account. All official business with UTPB such as with financial aid and registrar, needs to be through your UTPB email to assure us that you are a student at UTPB. To access your email, you can go to my.UTPB.edu to find Your Email (image below), or bookmark http://www.outlook.com/utpb.edu

Under is

Your email address is your FalconID@utpb.edu - for example drapper_d12345@utpb.edu. You do enter @utpb.edu as part of your EMAIL login - this is different than the logins for my.UTPB.edu.

When you are in UTPB email, you have access to Microsoft Office applications in the cloud. You have more than email here. Look under the grid in the upper left-hand corner.You may use features without installing anything on your computer - Calendar, UTPB People search, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Tasks. Note: Features you have may vary from this image.

Want to install Office 365 on your personal computer? Access the downloadable version under the Outlook 365 in the header to see on the right-hand link to install applications.

Click in the header to find on the right-hand side Install link. Installs Office applications

Follow directions there to download and install Office 2016 on your personal computer. UTPB Skype for Business is under Other Installs. With Skype for Business you may connect with anyone at UTPB who activates their Skype account.
