Apply and practice what you learned in week 1: Student Email Etiquette

The assignments your instructors give you are often designed to help you practice skills or apply concepts discussed in class. When you complete them, your instructor evaluates how much progress you're making and how to adjust future lessons to help you master the content. Your Freshman Seminar class is no different! The assignments you'll do in this class are designed to help you practice the skills required of effective learners and to apply what you've learned about college and adult learning to your own life. 

To this end, watch the short video below on email etiquette, then answer the quiz questions to the best of your ability. The final question asks you to compose and send a formal email to your instructor. You don't have to respond in the essay box because your instructor will grade the actual email you send.
