Grievances

UTPB’s policies and procedures for handling written student academic and non-academic complaints are applicable to all students, including those enrolled in distance education programs. Students with complaints about distance education delivered by UT Permian Basin are encouraged to resolve issues or complaints by using the University Complaint Form located at https://www.utpb.edu/life-at-utpb/student-services/dean-of-students/report-it Links to an external site. or the student grievance process described at http://www.utpb.edu/campus-life/dean-of-students/grievances. If an issue cannot be resolved internally, students may file a complaint about UT Permian Basin with their state of residence or the University’s accrediting organization. Any person may submit a complaint against an individual, group or department by clicking on Complaint Resolution at the bottom of any UTPB webpage.
